Submit a request for help with computer problems or check the status of an open request with TeamDynamix. Here's how:

  1. Click "Submit a Request" on the left.
  2. Fill out the form (all boxes in red are required). Tip: the more information you include, the easier it will be to help you and the faster we can get it done!
  3. Click "Submit Request." You'll see an acknowledgment screen with an access key. Make sure you write the access key down, because you'll need it to check on the status of your request.
Don't see the access key? Double-check the form—did you miss a required field?

That's it - we'll help as quickly as we can and get you back up and running!
