Our campuses offer convenient locations, up-to-date technology, a variety of spaces and more, making St. Charles Community College your best choice when planning your upcoming conference, meeting, class or expo.

Looking for a convenient location to host your upcoming meeting, class or graduation? St. Charles Community College offers flexible spaces year-round for your rental needs. Rooms can be rented in half-day or full-day increments.

Space Price   Description
Standard classroom $150 half $250 full Our standard classroom can accommodate up to 35 people and is great for meetings and classes.
Auditorium $500 half $800 full Our auditorium can accommodate up to 180 people theater style and is great for graduations, performances, large meetings and more.
Gym $500 half $800 full Our gym is a blank slate and can accommodate larger groups for expos, sales and more. For additional fees, a stage and seating can be added to this space to accommodate your needs. Our gym is not rented out to athletic groups for practices or games.
Lobby $250 half $400 full Open spaces outside of our gym and/or auditorium. Great space for check ins, catering, etc.
Grounds/Parking Lots $500 half $800 full Our beautiful campus is available for your organization's walk (not timed), overflow parking and more.

Prices listed above are weekday rates. Please contact eventreserve@stchas.edu for Saturday rates.

Non-profit organizations receive 50% off of rental fees.

Technology assistance fees begin at $40/hr.

From a large quantity of rooms with up-to-date technology, catering services and plenty of free parking, our conveniently located campus is the perfect place to host your upcoming conference.

Conference packages are readily available during these dates: Jan. 2-16, March 16-21, May 19-June 3, Aug. 3-Aug. 16, Oct. 14-15 and Dec. 15-20. These dates fluctuate each academic calendar year.

Friday-Saturday dates can be scheduled year-round. Conferences can be scheduled outside of the dates mentioned above, but availability is limited.

To reserve space at The Center for Healthy Living at our Dardenne Creek Campus, please contact Event Coordinator Office at 636-922-8614 or eventreserve@stchas.edu.

Spread your message by posting flyers around campus! Visit the Welcome Desk in the atrium of the Administration Building or Student Activities in Room 102 of the College Center to obtain approval.

NOTE: Job postings (help wanted) from individuals or unlicensed businesses are not eligible for display on General Information bulletin boards or Classified Advertising bulletin boards. These postings may be submitted to Handshake, the online job board or you may contact Career Services at careerservices@stchas.edu.

Visit the Welcome Desk in the Main Building lobby or Marketing and Communications, located in the Recreation Center, Suite 202, to obtain approval. To post job listings, Contact Career Services in Suite 1200 of the Main Building during regular college office hours.

Flyers must be posted on designated bulletin boards: Campus posting map/Bulletin board locations. Flyers may be approved to hang for a 1-month maximum, except under special circumstances. If you post materials, you're responsible for removing them by the expiration date.

  • No postings on exterior building surfaces are permitted.
  • No literature of any kind is to be placed on automobiles either on- or off-campus.
  • Only 1 of the same flyer per bulletin board is allowed.
  • No postings may cover up previously posted materials.
  • No promotion of alcohol or controlled substances.
  • No postings shall include demeaning, sexual or discriminatory portrayal of individuals or groups.

Partake In Expressive Activities

SCC endorses the principle of freedom of expression. However, such freedom is not absolute, and the rights of colleges and universities to regulate time, place and manner of such expressions are well established. The following guidelines honor your right to free expression while protecting against intrusion or interference with SCC academic programs and administrative processes.

An "Entity" is any individual or organization not affiliated with either SCC or with a registered SCC student organization.

All Entities must agree to the following guidelines. Failure to follow any of the rules and restrictions listed can result in loss of privileges to engage in Expressive Activities on SCC property in the future.

"Expressive Activities" include non-commercial activities, including all forms of peaceful assembly, protests, speeches, distribution of literature, carrying signs and circulating petitions.

  • Entities may engage in Expressive Activities from 8 a.m.-7 p.m. Monday through Thursday, and 8 a.m.-4:30 p.m. on Fridays.
  • Expressive Activities are permitted only in the following designated areas:

  • No one may engage in any activity that violates local ordinances, or state or federal laws.
  • No one may engage in any activity that endangers personal safety and/or that results in damage to personal or SCC property.
  • No one may display or distribute obscene materials, as defined by local, state or federal law, or is within the definition of obscenity as set forth in the decisions of the U.S. Supreme Court.
  • No one may engage in any activity that defames any other person.
  • No one may engage in any activity that is meant to incite or produce imminent violations of law under circumstances such that the activity is likely to actually and imminently incite or produce violations of law.
  • No one may engage in any activity that substantially and materially disrupt the functioning of SCC, including the disruption of class work (including out of class studying), or the substantial invasion of the rights of others.
  • No one may engage in any activity that disrupts or impedes the flow of traffic (vehicular or pedestrian) on campus, or obstruct access to or from campus buildings or any official SCC function.
  • No one may attempt or threaten to strike, shove, kick or otherwise subject a person to unwanted physical contact.
  • No one may follow a person in or about the SCC campus in an effort to cause such person to accept material when such person has rejected the receipt of such material or otherwise clearly indicated a refusal to accept such material.
  • No one may persist in requesting or demanding the attention of any other person during a single encounter after such person has rejected the receipt of such material or otherwise clearly indicated a refusal to accept such material.
  • No one may fail to identify oneself to, or comply with the lawful direction of, a clearly identified SCC official or any other public official acting in the performance of their duties while on SCC property, or resist or obstruct such SCC or other public officials in the performance of or the attempt to perform their lawful duties.
  • No one may use any means of amplification.
