Field to Table Institute
Also located on the Dardenne Creek Campus, the Field to Table Institute brings together our culinary, agriculture, and healthcare programs. Following the principles of the field to the table model, we emphasize the connection between farming, food, healthcare, and quality of life. In addition to credit-based programs, the Field to Table Institute also offers community-based courses in cooking and healthy living.
