Learning and having fun go hand-in-hand this summer at St. Charles Community College's College for All Kids (CFAK) camps. The College for All Kids summer camps are now enrolling for more than 150 academic enrichment and sports camps to be held June 7-Aug. 13, for children ages 5-14. Classes will be held safely in-person and in the virtual space.
Our camps focus on science, technology, engineering, art and math. They include favorites like cooking and baking, coding and programming, movie making and YouTube content creation, gaming and LEGO robotics, drones and more. Each camp is designed to inspire and motivate your child or teenager! Check out the full list of camps.
“Each camp explores a topic in depth. It is important for us to keep pursuing students' interests with fresh new camps and returning favorites,” said Amy Fitzwilliam, SCC program specialist. “We hope to be able to spark a student's enthusiasm in new topics and open their eyes to new possibilities in learning and areas of interest.”
This year, CFAK will have a variety of camps at our main campus, 4601 Mid Rivers Mall Drive in Cottleville, and our DCC-Dardenne Creek Campus, 1 Academy Place in Dardenne Prairie. New this year, summer camp students will get to explore our new Culinary and Agricultural Center, where they will have access to the SCC garden and will be able to use fresh produce and herbs in our state-of-the-art kitchen space.
CFAK provides a 10:1 safe ratio of students per staff member. All staff have background checks and attend training workshops. Camp assistants all have CPR, First-Aid, and Epi-Pen training. Masks will be required for students and instructors.
The camps will be held Monday-Friday, and costs range in price from $109-249.
