St. Charles Community College will hold a groundbreaking ceremony for a new student housing building at 4 p.m. Monday, April 29, in the college's Purple Lot. This ceremony marks the beginning of construction for the first-ever student housing unit at SCC.
Media are invited to attend and film the event and will have access to interview key college officials.
The college is located at 4601 Mid Rivers Mall Drive in Cottleville. Access to the Purple Lot is easiest from the campus West Entrance, located off Cottleville Parkway.
The opening of the new student housing is slated for January 2020.
