Learn more about St. Charles Community College's certified nursing assistant apprenticeship program at an open house from 4:30-5:30 p.m. Wednesday, Aug. 8, at SCC - Dardenne Creek Campus. The campus is located at One Academy Place in Dardenne Prairie. 

The CNA Apprenticeship program allows students to work while they learn. Tuition and books for the program are free for qualified apprentices through a Department of Labor grant.

Program requirements include: valid work authorization, ability to attend every class during the 12-week session (one day a week), family care safety registry screening, two-step Tuberculosis test, current flu vaccine and satisfactory urine drug screening. There are both full-time and part-time opportunities available.
