Wednesday-Thursday, Oct. 10-25
Enter our Pumpkin Decorating Contest between Oct. 10-25. Just pick up your pumpkin
in the library. Winners will be announced Oct. 29.
Thursday, Oct. 18
Take a road trip with us to Missouri State Penitentiary for a Ghost Tour on Oct. 18.
Students will need to pick up their tickets in the student activities office (CC 102).
A $5 deposit is required and tickets are limited to one per student. Must show student
ID.
Monday, Oct. 22
Win free prizes at SCC's Halloween Trivia starting at 11:30 a.m. Monday, Oct. 22,
in Scooter's Place (SC).
Tuesday-Wednesday, Oct. 23-24
Get in the Halloween spirit with our Scary Movie Marathon hosted at Mid Rivers Mall
Marcus Theatre. Films include “Halloween” (2018) at 6:30 p.m. Tuesday, Oct. 23, and
“Hell Fest” (2018) at 6:30 p.m. Wednesday, Oct. 24. Movies are free to students, but
you will need to pick up your ticket at the student activities desk in the Café-Bookstore
or CC 102. Ticket includes movie admission, popcorn and soda.
Wednesday, Oct. 24
Compete in a spooky skull decorating contest on Oct. 24 in the ACE Tutoring Center.
All supplies and skulls will be provided.
Friday, Oct. 26
It's fall, ya'll! Join us for the sixth annual SCC Bonfire from 7:30-10 p.m. Friday, Oct. 26, near the Purple Parking Lot and sand volleyball court. Make friends and enjoy free
hot dogs, s'mores and non-alcoholic beverages.
Wednesday, Oct. 31
On Halloween, watch horror films with student activities in CC 102 all day, as well
as enjoy free Halloween snacks and candy. See you there!
