Registration varies per class, ranging from $39-$99. Additional supplies are required for most classes and can be purchased on your own or through Design2Brew on the first night of class. You must be 21 or older to attend these classes.

Sept. 14 & Oct. 12: Introduction to Wine Making - Using Kits

Experience the fine art of wine making as you learn the step-by-step procedure of making your first varietal wine from the finest wine kits available today. Wines are made in class with our equipment and guidance in the first day of this two-session class and bottled during session two. Each student will choose the varietal they wish to make and will take home 4-5 bottles of wine created during the class. Approximate supply cost is $75.

Sept. 28-Dec. 14: Wine Making - Country Wine Using Fresh Fruits

This class will focus on making country wines - those delicious beverages derived from almost any fruit, a little bit of coaxing, some careful balancing and strict attention to detail. Your individual batch will result in 4-5 bottles of wine for you to take home. From planning to bottling and labeling, students will be exposed to best practices for the home winemaker. Approximate supply cost is $75.   

Oct. 5-Dec. 7: Making Mead - The World's Oldest Beverage 

A favorite of Vikings, students will learn to make mead, the world's oldest beverage made from raw honey. The four-session course will take you from planning your mead to bottling and labeling the end product. Your individual batch will result in 4-5 bottles of wine which you will take home. Students will be exposed to best practices for the home winemaker and learn the history of this great beverage. Approximate supply cost is $75.

Oct. 10 & Oct. 26: How to Brew Your Own Brew

*Please note this first class is on a Sunday from 9 a.m.-3 p.m.

Learning home brewing basics opens the world of beer styles to the home brewer. Discover the basics of grain bill development, hops and yeast selection, the basic processes associated with brewing and bottling and an overview of standard beer styles. Students will design and brew 10 gallons of a unique signature beer. Beer tastings will be included. Each student will take home four bottles of beer.
