There are open roles for seven women, nine men and one girl, age 11. There are also openings for many smaller roles and a chorus.
Requirements for auditions include bringing a prepared traditional-style show tune (16 bars) with sheet music as well as being prepared to read from the script, which is on reserve in the SCC library. Monologues are encouraged, but are not required.
The show will be performed at 7:30 p.m. Tuesday-Thursday, July 21-23; 8 p.m. Friday-Saturday, July 24-25; and 2 p.m. Sunday, July 26. Tickets are free to SCC students with ID, or $8 general admission and $6 seniors, veterans and students. The campus is located at 4601 Mid Rivers Mall Drive in Cottleville.
