Pundmann met with U.S. Rep. Blaine Luetkemeyer on Wednesday, Feb. 15, to discuss community college issues such as Pell Grant funding, the Carl D. Perkins Career and Technical Education Act, the Workforce Investment Act and federal student aid under the Higher Education Act.
Congressman Luetkemeyer represents the 25 counties in the 9th Congressional District of Missouri, and is a member of the Community College Caucus.
Pundmann has served on SCC's Board of Trustees since 2006 when he was elected to a six-year term. He also was elected to and has served on the Missouri Community College Association (MCCA) Board of Directors since 2009 and most recently was elected to serve a one-year term in 2012 as chairman of the MCCA Trustee Department. He currently is president and CEO of Pundmann & Co., an investment firm.
