A bookkeeper's daily job duties require strong accounting and mathematical skills. SCC's non-credit Bookkeeper Certificate program can help you get started on a new career or upgrade your current skill set.

Four courses make up the Bookkeeper Certificate program: Accounting Boot Camp, Certified Bookkeeper, Quickbooks - Part 1 part one and Quickbooks - Part 2. The first class, Accounting Boot Camp, begins at 6 p.m. on April 15.

Classes are taught by professionals emphasizing real-world skills that can be immediately applied to the workplace. Classes may be taken individually or as part of the certificate.

The Bookkeeper Certificate program costs $1,360. Classes can be taken individually for a separate fee, ranging from $75-$995.

Workforce Investment Act (WIA) funding is available, for students who are unemployed.
