Also starting Nov. 9 are a series of advanced classes in a mini-session format. These sessions include Ballroom IV, Line Dance and Night Club Two-Step. These sessions are $25 and are only open to advanced students.
On Saturday, Dec. 13, Stan Mayer and Linda Landwehr, award-winning instructors who are former professional champion dancers with 25 years experience in competition and instruction, will teach a one-day spins, turns and techniques class that will allow students to brush up on dance moves for the holidays. This class will teach proper foot, arm and hand positions as well as spins, turns and body positions. The course will be held from noon-2:15 p.m. and costs $20.
Good dancing is a lifetime investment in fun and wellness. It's a great way to get exercise without working out. Dancing will open up a wonderful world of togetherness and provides participants with a thriving, year-round social calendar.
