Award Amount: Up to $1,000 for tuition, fees and/or books.

Criteria
- Must be a "returning learner."
- Must be a St. Charles County, Missouri resident.
- Must have a cumulative GPA of 2.0 or higher.
- Preference given to those who have served in the Armed Forces.
Renewal Criteria
Scholarship is not renewable, but student may reapply.
