SCC Foundation Announces Final Topic in Summer Speaker Series

Published: 08/19/2009

Elizabeth Niedringhaus, president of Systems Service Enterprises, Inc. (SSE), will be the last speaker in the series.  Niedringhaus will discuss “Top 10 Steps to Protect Your Business Computer Systems – What Every Business Owner Needs to Know” at 8 a.m. Thursday, Sept. 17, in the College Center Rotunda on the SCC campus in Cottleville.

With a dozen years at SSE, Niedringhaus has been in leadership positions responsible for both business development as well as the delivery of SSE's services and solutions. In April 2004, she assumed the role of president. Welcoming the opportunity to refine the company's mission and vision, Niedringhaus is responsible for setting the strategic direction of SSE, and positioning SSE for continued growth and success in the 21st century.

Prior to joining SSE, Niedringhaus served as a sales supervisor at Esprit de Corp in San Francisco, where she was responsible for multi-million dollar sales budgets. She received a bachelor’s degree in psychology from the University of Vermont. She is a member of the St. Louis Regional Business Council and a member of the board of Mary Institute Country Day School (MICDS), the St. Louis Zoo, The Entrepreneur's Institute (TEI), and the Entrepreneurs Organization (EO).

Registration for the event will begin at 7:30 a.m., followed by continental breakfast and networking at 7:45 a.m. Niedringhaus will be available after she speaks for a question and answer session.  There is no charge for the event, however registration is requested.
