In this seminar, Nemanick will share eight rules of mentoring that help accelerate the mentoring process and maximize its effectiveness. Participants will leave with practical tools and advice they can use to become better mentors in their own organizations.
Over the past 15 years, Nemanick has trained over 2,000 mentors in his mentoring techniques at companies like Monsanto, Anheuser-Busch, Pfizer and Covidien. In addition to his consulting and research on mentoring, Nemanick also provides executive coaching, leader assessment and other services. He holds a doctorate in organizational psychology from Saint Louis University.
