This is a great field for both beginners and experienced IT workers who wish to gain knowledge through hands-on labs and coursework. At St. Charles Community College, there are many IT options. For those interested in Cyber Security, students will learn how to secure assets and find ways to stop hackers. For those interested in Networking, the college has a partnership with Cisco Systems, and students will learn the necessary skills to program routers and switches and to design, implement and troubleshoot enterprise networks.
