Financial assistance files must be complete to avoid prepayment of tuition,
fees, and books.

Bookstore credit approvals will be valid. Any bookstore purchases
outside of those dates will be at the student's own expense.
Students are advised to inquire at the Financial Assistance Office, Room 1115 of the Administration Building, to be certain their files are complete for a request of funds.
