2008–2009 Bookstore Credit Information

To be eligible for a bookstore credit, students must be enrolled and their financial assistance files must be completed by the following dates for each corresponding semester.

PELL or loan recipients eligible for a bookstore credit may go directly to the bookstore to pick up your textbooks/supplies.  It is not necessary for you to go to the Financial Assistance Office first. 

Students receiving funding from sources such as scholarships, VA, Vocational Rehabilitation or other state programs should come to the Financial Assistance Office in Room 1115 of the Administration Building to pick up a bookstore credit form prior to going to the bookstore.

Should you choose to obtain any or all of your books/supplies outside the dates that the credits are valid, you will be required to do so at your own expense. Should you need to return a book for a refund, you must do so within the date ranges stated above.
