Maintenance Services

Maintenance ensures that all buildings are ADA compliant and that all fire safety codes are adhered to. The maintenance staff provides internal and external building repairs in both routine and special efforts. They ensure that all interior and exterior buildings are operational and neat in appearance and that all mechanical equipment is properly maintained.

Routine services include:

• lighting
• wall treatment
• mechanical equipment repair
• electrical service repairs
• paper recycling
• key service
• furniture repairs
• heating and cooling comfort levels
• other services

Special efforts include:

• moving offices
• table and chair service or delivery
• campus wide special functions set up
• banner and sign installation
• delivery and pick ups
• snow removal
