The Business & Industry Institute of St. Charles Community College has played a fundamental role in training the area's workforce since 1992. 

Business & Industry Institute works with local companies to identify job skills and training needs for thousands of workers and employers in St. Charles County.  Once those needs are identified, the Institute can provide training that is cost effective while achieving desired results.
