drug-taking behaviors. Sections include overview of drug problems in
America, examination of effects of various drugs such as alcohol, cocaine,
hallucinogens, prescription drugs, and others on the human body, and
insight into drug abuse prevention efforts employed in variety of
settings.

Based on the principles of Hatha Yoga movements, students will increase

the mind/body/spirit connection so yoga can be incorporated into daily
life.

of the body by using balls, weighted bars, body weight postural cues,
